'Komisyonun eğitim için yurt dışına gitmenin genç Avrupalılar için bir ayrıcalıktan çok bir kural olması gerektiği fikrini çok güçlü şekilde desteklediğini' kaydeden Sefcovic, konferansın bu hedefin gerçekleşmesine yardımcı olacağını bildirdi.
